Delivery
We have now REDUCED Shipping rates of £2.99 for orders up to 900grms gross weight and a capped £4.99 for all other orders to mainland Britain excepting some addresses in the highlands. £6.99 for orders up to 900grm gross weight and £13.99 for all orders to Northern Ireland, The Scottish Highlands, parts of Thurso&Wick, Ayrshire,Argyle&Bute. £12.95 for orders up to 900grm gross weight and £27.95 for all orders to offshore UK Islands and BFPO. Orders for delivery to addresses outside the UK may be
possible but please email us first at info@healthfoodsuk.com for
confirmation and costs. Orders placed for collection by Shipping agents will not be accepted.
Delivery Conditions
We
mostly use courier companies to deliver your larger order but may at
our discretion use the postal service instead. We will email you once
your order has been despatched. A signature will normally be required
for all courier deliveries unless you leave instructions at time of checkout
where the delivery may be left safe and dry.
We strongly recomend you give us instructions to leave your delivery somewhere safe and dry if there is any possibility you may be out when the driver arrives as experience has proved this is the best way to minimize delay and inconvenience - this will however be left at your risk.
If you are unable to leave such instructions and you are out at time of delivery our delivery partners will normally make one further attempt to make delivery before leaving a note stating when and where you can collect your order from their depot/PostOffice If you have entered an inaccurate delivery postcode or If you fail to collect your order within the specified time frame your order will be returned to us and additional charges incurred from the couriers. you will be refunded the cost of your goods less any original P&P charges together with the surcharges plus if necessary and at our discretion an administration charge ( maximum 20% of goods value). Your order will then be cancelled.

Despatch.
We will despatch your order within 1 working day once all items are in stock. Delivery may take up to 3 days from despatch but normally should arrive next day.
Out Of Stocks
Our website works by only permitting you to enter items in your basket in quantiites that match ours or our supplier partners live stockholding.It should therefore only be possible to order items that we have in stock.Most products are held in stock by us but those that are not will have to be obtained from our partners, and provided we are in receipt of your order before 9am normally means those items will be delivered in to us the following day.Any delay is therefore minimal. However, if something goes wrong and the item ordered is not in stock we will hold the order over
for up to 7 days and let you know there will be delay. If the item remains out of stock we
will email you to see if you would prefer to wait or would like us to send the remainder of your goods - the missing item(s) will
be cancelled & refunded and the order marked as closed. We will not make
substitutions without your prior consent and we will not make multi part
deliveries.
If you should wish to buy
items in larger quantities than our current stock levels you will be
unable to order all you need from the site BUT PLEASE E-MAIL US as most
lines are available to backorder at short notice and usually take no
more than a couple of days to arrive. So please let us know your

Tax Charges
All prices shown are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Credit Card Security
We
know of no documented cases of credit or debit card fraud using our
shopping system over the Internet. All card numbers are encrypted in the
software when the order is placed using secure encryption on the Bank's
site. They are not held in clear text on ours or any other web site.
Guarantee, Returns and Order Cancellation
We
guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 14 day no
quibble guarantee. You may cancel your order up to 3 days after
receiving the goods. If you wish to cancel before we have despatched the
goods then please email cancel@healthfoodsuk.com If you wish to cancel
after we have despatched the goods then please email
cancel@healthfoodsuk.com to arrange a return. In this instance, the
charge made to you will be refunded on return of the goods. If the
return is for reasons other than faulty / incorrect goods then there
will be a charge to cover the cost of returning the goods to us which will be the actual delivery costs incurred plus , at our discretion. an administration charge ( maximum 20% of goods value)
